Share an Event Day
Publish a read-only client portal, send per-vendor links, and control what each audience sees.
Once a day's timeline is built, you share it without ever exposing your editor. ClientCasa publishes a read-only client portal plus scoped per-vendor links, and you decide which audience sees which items.
Steps
- Open the event day in the editor (
/dashboard/run-of-show/[id]) and click Share. - Publish the client portal. This creates a read-only link at
/r/[token]. The client sees the day as a clean schedule — no edit controls, no internal-only items. - On the portal, your client can comment on any item (questions, requests) and Approve and lock the day when they're happy. Comments flow back to you; nothing is changed without your action.
- Approve-and-lock freezes a versioned snapshot. The approved timeline is captured as a point-in-time version, so the day your client signed off on is preserved even if you keep editing afterward.
- Send per-vendor links. Each assigned vendor gets a scoped link at
/v/[token]showing only their day — their call time, coverage window, and the surrounding items dimmed to context so they understand where they fit. - Set per-audience visibility on items. Each item can be shown to Master (you), Client, All vendors, Venue, Shot list, or Wedding party. Mark a private vendor-only note for All vendors; keep a surprise off the Client view.
- Re-publish anytime — the client portal and vendor links always reflect your latest saved timeline, except for the locked snapshot, which stays fixed at the approved version.
