Run the Day
Drive the event live with the offline-ready, full-screen day-of view.
When the day arrives, switch to Run Day (/run-day/[id]) — a full-screen, offline-ready view built for working on your feet. It shows what's happening now, what's next, and keeps the rest of the day honest when you fall behind.
Steps
- Open the event day and click Run Day, or go to
/run-day/[id]. The screen leads with a NOW / NEXT hero: the item in progress and the one coming up. - Drive each item with Start, Done, and Skip. Starting an item marks it live; finishing advances you to the next.
- Running behind? Set a "running N min behind" offset and the rest of the day reflows from now — every downstream item's time shifts so your schedule stays accurate instead of fictional.
- Use the Overview to jump to any item, or reopen one you already marked Done if plans change.
- Works offline. Run Day caches the day, so it keeps working in a venue with no signal — basement ballrooms included.
- Single-device lease. Only one device runs the day at a time, so two people can't fight over the live state. Hand off the lease to switch devices.
- Syncs on reconnect. When signal returns, your changes sync automatically — last write wins — so the canonical timeline catches up to what actually happened.
