Export PDF and Calendar

Some people want the day on paper or in their own calendar. ClientCasa exports any event day as a PDF and as a .ics calendar file, either as the full day or filtered down to a single vendor's call sheet.

Steps

1. Open the event day in the editor (/dashboard/run-of-show/[id]) and click Export.
2. PDF produces a clean, printable run of show — the schedule laid out item by item with times derived from the cascade engine.
3. .ics produces a calendar file that imports each item as an event into Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook.
4. Export per vendor. From a vendor's call sheet you can export a filtered PDF or .ics containing only their items — their call time, coverage window, and the surrounding context — so each person gets just their day.
5. Exports reflect per-audience visibility, so an internal-only item never lands in a vendor's PDF or calendar.
6. Re-export after any change — times are always derived from your current timeline, never stale.
