Day-of Reminders

Send SMS reminders to vendors and crew before each item — available when text messaging is configured.

ClientCasa can text vendors and crew a heads-up before their item starts, so nobody misses their call time. Reminders are reflow-aware — they fire against the day's real, derived times, not a stale snapshot.

How it works

  1. Set a reminder lead time on an item (for example, text 15 minutes before it starts).
  2. ClientCasa sends an SMS to the assigned vendor or crew member ahead of that item.
  3. Because every item's time is derived from the cascade engine, reminders honor any retiming, shift, or running-behind offset — if the day moves, the reminder moves with it.

Availability

Day-of SMS reminders are available when text messaging is configured for your workspace. Until a messaging provider is connected (Twilio with A2P registration), the reminder controls are present but inert — no texts are sent. This keeps message delivery compliant; carrier registration is required before any SMS can go out.
