Send SMS reminders to vendors and crew before each item — available when text messaging is configured.
ClientCasa can text vendors and crew a heads-up before their item starts, so nobody misses their call time. Reminders are reflow-aware — they fire against the day's real, derived times, not a stale snapshot.
How it works
- Set a reminder lead time on an item (for example, text 15 minutes before it starts).
- ClientCasa sends an SMS to the assigned vendor or crew member ahead of that item.
- Because every item's time is derived from the cascade engine, reminders honor any retiming, shift, or running-behind offset — if the day moves, the reminder moves with it.
Availability
Day-of SMS reminders are available when text messaging is configured for your workspace. Until a messaging provider is connected (Twilio with A2P registration), the reminder controls are present but inert — no texts are sent. This keeps message delivery compliant; carrier registration is required before any SMS can go out.
