WholeCasa ($34/mo annual) is all three pillars — saves $4/mo vs buying the two singles separately.

Card required at signup; no charge until day 15. You get the full plan for 14 days — every feature unlocked. Cancel anytime in two clicks before day 15 and we won't charge you. After day 15, your card is charged and your subscription begins.

Custom-domain support is included on every paid plan. You can bring your own domain or buy through us at near-cost (we add the greater of $3 or 20% to the wholesale price to cover transaction processing). Once a domain is attached, SEO features turn on automatically — JSON-LD structured data, llms.txt, sitemap.xml — so Google, ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity can find you. Subdomain sites (yourbusiness.clientcasa.com) work for direct sharing but aren't indexed by search engines or AI assistants.

Annual saves ~17%. FrontCasa and BackCasa are each $19/mo billed annually ($228/year) or $23/mo on monthly. WholeCasa is $34/mo billed annually ($408/year) or $42/mo on monthly. Switch between annual and monthly at any time from billing settings — we prorate.

Yes, anytime. Switch from FrontCasa to WholeCasa to unlock the Books pillar. Switch from WholeCasa down to BackCasa if you stop needing the website. Stripe handles proration. Your data isn't deleted — switching off a plan just hides the features that plan enabled.

ClientCasa uses Stripe Connect with direct charges — your clients pay you directly via Stripe at Stripe's standard rates (2.9% + 30¢ for cards, 0.8% capped for ACH). We do not add a platform markup or per-invoice fee. You stay the merchant of record.

Yes. Self-service QuickBooks import brings in your clients, invoices, and history in minutes (read-only — we never modify your QuickBooks). For FreshBooks, HoneyBook, and others, we support CSV import for clients and contacts; templates can be rebuilt with our merge-field system, often with the AI assistant's help.

Yes, cancel anytime from billing settings. Your subscription stays active through the end of your current term (monthly or annual) and won't renew — we don't lock contracts. Monthly plans aren't refunded for partial periods. Annual plans may be eligible for a pro-rata refund within the first 30 days, at our discretion.
