Set Up Zapier Integration

Connect ClientCasa with Zapier using the native ClientCasa app in Zapier.

Connect ClientCasa with Zapier using the native ClientCasa app in Zapier.

Steps

  1. In Zapier, create a Zap and search for "ClientCasa" as the trigger app.
  2. Click "Connect" — you will be redirected to ClientCasa to sign in and authorize access.
  3. Once authenticated, you are automatically connected — no API keys needed.
  4. Choose a trigger: Invoice Sent, Invoice Paid, Proposal Accepted, Proposal Declined, New Client, New Project, Time Entry Logged, Document Processed, or New Inquiry.
  5. Choose an action in your other app and map the ClientCasa fields to the action fields.
  6. ClientCasa also has 4 built-in actions (Create Client, Create Invoice, Create Project, Log Time Entry) and 2 searches (Find Client, Find Invoice).
